General Questions: 

Can I use my own device with Diamond Live TV's service? 

Yes. You can use your own device. However, we do not guarantee that there won't be any connectivity or hardware issues. Therefore, we recommend pairing your subscription with our Diamond Media box as we have ensured that our Diamond Media Box is compatible with the servers we use. 

There are some channels that I do not want included on my channel list. Can I delete them?

At checkout, there will be a section where you can input what channels you would like to have removed for your channel listing. 

I purchased one of the subscription plans and I no longer want to use the service.I got a few months of my subscription left. Can I get a refund for the remaining months I have left? 

Unfortunately, we do not offer any refunds. Once you have purchased your package, there are no refunds (even if you no long wish to use our service :( ).


Shipping Questions: 

How long does it take for my product to come in? 

You can expect to receive your package within 3 business days. We usually ship the hardware out within’ 24 hours.. For customers using their existing boxes, please allow 30 minutes to 1 hour for activation.

Currently, we are only shipping in Canada.

Technical support is available 24/7. Please email our tech support at: support@diamond-livetv.com. Depending on the complexity of your issue, please allow our technicians up to one to two (1-2) hours to respond to your email. On peak hour(s) or season, please allow our technicians up to three (3) hours to respond to your email.
